Working on Water
Water-based installations exploring light, reflection, and movement within curated water landscapes — guided by an affinity for water.
Water-based installations are developed as integrated, site-specific systems, combining sculptural elements with floating structures conceived by the artist or realized with specialized partners. These structures form an essential part of the work, shaping its spatial, visual, and atmospheric presence.
Designed for calm water environments such as lakes, ponds, and curated landscapes, the installations unfold through light, reflection, and subtle movement — where the surface becomes both medium and mirror.
Each project responds to its specific context, integrating light, space, and environment into a cohesive system. Works are realized by the artist and studio team, independently or in collaboration with partners, from small-scale interventions to larger productions, emerging through a dialogue with their surroundings.
Floating elements are engineered as stable, site-specific structures, with anchoring adapted to each location to ensure safety, reliability, and precise integration. Technical systems remain discreet, allowing the work to appear effortless while operating with clarity and control.
Works are presented internationally as touring installations or adapted to new locations, each time carefully reconfigured in response to place, context, and environment.
