Light of Osiris is a monumental kinetic light sculpture inspired by ancient Egyptian mythology and the cyclical nature of life and death. Set on a 4 x 4 x 4 meter pyramid—whether floating on water or anchored on land—the structure is clad in digital LED screens that transform it into a glowing altar for a celestial performance. Above it, a rotating flower-like form made of reflective steel and aluminum unfolds in rhythm, illuminated by embedded LED lines. As night falls, mythic symbols and cosmic textures come to life, casting light and sound across the environment. Technique
The installation features a 4 x 4 x 4 meter pyramid base with integrated LED screens and a motorized, rotating sculpture made of concave and convex aluminum and stainless steel forms. All elements are weather-resistant and programmable for site-specific adaptations.
